Periods to notify a claim
If your vehicle is the subject of a claim, you must inform usas soon as possible so that we can begin to process it. It is important to provide a report to the insurance company at the most, in a period of seven days if the accident has involved third parties or in the event of a serious accident or a catastrophic risk.
Process to declare a claim
Below we explain the process to declare a claim:
1. Please contact us to commence the process:
- By telephone: Call us on 900 50 50 40 or on 91 125 98 49 (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
- In your customer area: by clicking on Open claims
2. Having at hand the amicable accident declaration will help us to expedite the claim. We ask you to attach the document during the process.
3. Remember to collect the details of witnesses to the accident (name, address and telephone number).
4. If you have photos of the accident and of the damage, you can attach them or send them during the claim declaration process and they will be of great help.
5. Should you need to declare a robbery, you need to have the corresponding complaint.
6. Following the declaration, you can notify the claims broker of your claim and monitor its status through the SegurCaixa Adeslas Customer Area.
7. Lastly, within your SegurCaixa Adeslas Customer Area, you can find the closest partnership workshop and request an appointment to have your car repaired.
We remind you that, should you require travel assistance, you can request it from your mobile telephone in your Customer Area, where we will geolocate your position to find your vehicle more quickly.
