Covers material damage and bodily harm caused to third parties. Within the limits set forth by law, the injured party will be compensated for the amount of damages suffered by their person or belongings as a result of a traffic incident for which the driver or owner of the insured vehicle is liable.
Covers the expenses of lawyers, legal representatives, bonds, claim adjustments, etc. resulting from a traffic incident. Expenses are covered up to 100% if they are services provided by the company or with a limit of up to €3,000 if they are freely chosen services.
Insures any expenses the insured party may incur as a result of their involvement in an administrative, judicial or arbitration procedure, and to provide judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance resulting from the insurance's coverage.

Driver accidents: coverage for death, permanent disability and/or recovery expenses of the insured vehicle's driver. Includes the possibility of increasing the insured sum's basic amount.

Own damage: covers own damage to your vehicle.
Covers any problems that may arise during your trip, such as on-site technical assistance, vehicle towing, salvage and refuelling, to mention but a few.
Roadside assistance in the event of immobilisation due to a breakdown or accident from 0 km through a toll-free telephone number (900 301 900), which includes a punctuality and assistance undertaking even on rural or forest tracks.

Covers the expenses of repairing or replacing the insured vehicle's windscreen, back window, side windows and/or sunroof when they break. Any damage caused to the windows by weather phenomena is also covered, including: hail, wind, snow, lightning strikes and floods.

Theft coverage: payment of the expenses of repairing or replacing total or partial damage caused to the insured vehicle, or the total loss thereof, resulting from its unlawful appropriation or attempt thereof, provided the owner reports it to the competent authorities.

Fire: compensation for the expenses of repairing or replacing total or partial material damage caused to the insured vehicle by combustion or burning with flames, explosions or lightning strikes.

Animal collision damage coverage: any expenses resulting from repairing the material damage caused to the vehicle or the replacement of accessories thereof as a consequence of running over or a collision with wild and domestic animals, provided there is a police report confirming this or verifiable evidence is collected by the professionals appointed by SegurCaixa Adeslas before the vehicle is repaired.

Fine and loss of points handling: we will advise you by telephone about the steps that must be taken in appeals against fines and will handle ordinary appeals against the penalties set forth in the Road Traffic Act. Furthermore, we will reimburse you for the enrolment fees of driver re-education courses to recover points fully or partially, as from the loss of four points.

Replacement vehicle: an optional guarantee so that, in the event of theft, attempted theft, fire or immobilisation of the insured vehicle as a consequence of an accident and where the time spent in a workshop exceeds 24 hours, you will have a free rental vehicle at your disposal from the first day until the repair is completed. In the case of an accident or damage resulting from attempted theft, up to 12 days. In the case of outright theft, up to 40 days. In the case of fire, up to 20 days.

Extended travel assistance: in addition to roadside assistance for your vehicle and people, this includes, if necessary, extensive vehicle assistance coverage, such as towing the vehicle off ordinary roads, mechanical advice by telephone, assistance to people and emergency medical assistance on the road.
