Basic option:

Document management: examination and review of the documents relating to the consultation. Lawyers will review the documents and help redraft them in a way that best suits the insured party's interests.

Claims for damage: claims against a third party that has been identified for bodily harm and material damage done to the insured party, as well as for any damage suffered as a pedestrian.

Tax defence: defence in tax settlement or penalty proceedings initiated by the Tax Administration.

Claims for breaches of contract concerning services, goods, furniture (sale, deposit, swap agreements, etc.) and utilities (water, gas, electricity, etc.).

Rights relating to illegal occupation of the main residence that has been designated in the Specific Terms and Conditions as the policyholder's residence and of which they are the holder, tenant or usufructuary.
Comprehensive option:
Includes the basic option's types of coverage along with the following types of coverage:

Separation or divorce benefit: reimbursement of fees.

Employment law defence of the insured party in individual employment conflicts involving the employer; criminal defence for recklessness, incompetence or negligence; claims against third parties; and claims for social benefits under litigation.

Defence against claims filed by domestic help, provided they are duly registered at the Social Security service.

Defence and claims filed by the owner in eviction proceedings.

Defence and claims against Internet identity theft.

Coverage for proceedings having to do with a business activity is excluded.

General: three months concerning contractual disputes.

Separation or divorce benefit: 12 months.
