If the test has been prescribed by a professional on the Adeslas Healthcare Provider List, you can request the performance of the test at any of the centres on the Healthcare Provider List that have this service available. If the professional has not yet prescribed the test, first you must make an appointment with them and then get the test done.
Remember that certain tests require preliminary authorisation from Adeslas.
From the date on which your policy enters into force, you can do most of the tests envisaged in your insurance policy. But remember that for some of them (high technology diagnostic means such as CT-scans or magnetic resonances), you will have to wait three months. If you are not clear whether the test that you have to do is considered to be within this group, you can consult the policy conditions or contact us.
