How can you request an annual medical check-up?

 1. If you are an insured party of Adeslas, call 900 50 50 40 or 91 919 18 98 to request your authorisation.

What does the annual medical check-up consist of?

The check-up consists of an annual medical examination with tests adapted to the age of each insured party, which will be performed at the medical centres listed below.

What tests are included in the annual medical check-up?

 

For insured parties from 18 to 30 years
  • Medical history and general exploration.
  • Analytics: red blood cell series study (red blood corpuscles, HB, HTC, MCV, MCHC), white blood cell series study (formula and VSG), platelets, glucose, uric acid (urea), cholesterol, LDL test, triglycerides, GOT-GPT, iron, urine.
  • ECG.
  • Thorax x-ray (at the doctor’s discretion).
  • Gynaecological examination with vaginal smear test.
  • Acuity test.
  • Audiometry and spirometry.

For insured parties aged 31 to 45 years
  • Medical history and general exploration.
  • Analytics: red blood cell series study (red blood corpuscles, HB, HTC, MCV, MCHC), white blood cell series study (formula and VSG), platelets, glucose, uric acid (urea), cholesterol, triglycerides, GOT-GPT, iron, urine.
  • ECG.
  • Thorax x-ray (at the doctor’s discretion).
  • Abdominal ultrasound scan.
  • Gynaecological examination with a vaginal smear test, breast ultrasound scan (bi-annually or annually, at the doctor’s discretion, from the age of 40).
  • Acuity test.
  • Audiometry and spirometry.

For insured parties from the age of 46 years
  • Medical history and general exploration.
  • Analytics: red blood cell series study (red blood corpuscles, HB, HTC, MCV, MCHC), white blood cell series study (formula and VSG), platelets, glucose, uric acid (urea), PSA (prostate), cholesterol, GOT-GPT, triglycerides, iron, HDL, alkaline phosphatase, occult bleeding, urine.
  • ECG.
  • Thorax x-ray.
  • Abdominal ultrasound scan.
  • Gynaecological examination with a vaginal smear test, breast ultrasound scan (bi-annually or annually, at the doctor’s discretion, from the age of 40).
  • Prostatic ultrasound scan.
  • Acuity test.
  • Audiometry and spirometry.

MyBox Salud Seniors, the medical check-up is an annual coverage, included through a reduced copayment. In exchange, the healthcare assistance policies (Adeslas Plena Total and MyBox Salud) have free annual coverage.
