Adeslas Premier is an insurance that allows you to combine the reimbursement of healthcare expenses to gain access to a free choice of medical professionals and centres with the healthcare provided by the Adeslas Medical Roster. In both cases you can take advantage of medical, surgical, emergency and speciality care, as well as diagnostic resources and hospitalisation. Some of this coverage includes:​

• Primary Care: General Medicine, Paediatrics and Nursing Care​

• Emergencies at affiliated centres and at home​

• Medical-Surgical Specialities: Allergology, Digestive System, Cardiology, Surgeries, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Medical Oncology and Radiotherapy, Otorhinolaryngology, Clinical Psychology, Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, Urology, etc. ​

• Diagnostic resources: Clinical Analyses, General Radiology and High-Tech Diagnostic Resources, such as NMR, CT Scans, etc. ​

• Hospitalisation: Surgical, Medical, Paediatric, ICU, Psychiatric and Day Hospital. ​

• Implants and Surgical Prostheses: Pacemakers, Internal Orthopaedic Prostheses, Monofocal and Bifocal Lenses, etc. ​

All the guarantees included can be accessed immediately, except those that have a specific waiting period in order to take advantage of their benefits, which may vary from three to eight months.

Some medical services require authorisation by Adeslas. Thus, if one of our medical professionals prescribes a medical test, you must submit the prescription to us so we can process its authorisation.

The tests which are subject to medical authorisation are as follows:

• Hospital admissions

• Medical tests

• Rehabilitation

• Clinical psychology

You can request your authorisations quickly and conveniently with a photo in your Health Customer Area. If you so prefer, you can also process your authorisations on the app.

Adeslas Dental FAMILY (optional)

In addition, you can gain access to the dental insurance conceived for all your family for just €17.85* a month.

• Extensive dental roster comprised of over 1,600 odontologists.

• Extensive network of more than 190 Adeslas Dental Clinics.

• With the Optima excess, you will save up to 50% on the price you would pay if you accessed the service without being insured by Adeslas.

*Monthly premium valid for a total of three to four insured parties until renewal once a 15% discount is applied when it is taken out with a health insurance policy.

It is a type of medical policy through which you can go to a doctor or centre which does not form part of the Adeslas Medical Roster. The insured party pays for the amount of the consultation and Adeslas will subsequently reimburse them a percentage of the invoice's amount.

Go to your Health Customer Area to request a reimbursement. You will find a direct link to reimbursement requests at the top of the page in the middle. The reimbursement request process is initiated by clicking on the blue "request reimbursement" button.

The maximum time limit to receive a reimbursement of expenses is 15 calendar days as from the date all the complete and right documentation is received. Remember that one of the new features is that you can see the status of your requests by going to reimbursements.
